Los Angeles County Home Visiting Staff Diversity Report and Infographic

In October 2021, the African American Home Visiting Engagement Workgroup developed The Best Practices Hiring Guide for Increasing African American Home Visiting Staff. The Workgroup requested a survey and a report on the Los Angeles County home visiting staff diversity from the Data Workgroup. This report is to serve as a baseline for the county as we work towards increasing African American home visiting staff in Los Angeles County. A two-pager was also created to show a snapshot of the main findings present in the report.
